针对目前高职院校普遍存在的教学与学生管理工作联系不足的事实,以学生可持续发展为目标,以课程为载体,通过对课后学习的引导与管理,加强学生综合素质的培养,在促进学生全面发展的同时,凸显课后学习在学生管理工作中的主渠道作用。从而以教改为突破口,以课后学习为主导,把教学质量的提升与学生管理工作有机结合,形成寓管于教,以教促管的良好局面。
