岩藻聚糖硫酸酯是1类来源于褐藻且结构复杂的海洋硫酸多糖,主要由硫酸化岩藻糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸及少量葡萄糖和木糖组成。研究表明,岩藻聚糖硫酸酯具有抗凝血与促凝血、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗菌、免疫调节、降血脂、降血糖、抗补体及促进肠道益生菌生长等多种药理学活性。本文对岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的上述活性进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,为其深度开发利用提供有用参考。 Fucoidan sulfate is a type 1 marine sulfate polysaccharide that is derived from brown algae and has a complex structure. It is mainly composed of sulfated fucose, galactose, mannose, glucuronic acid, and small amounts of glucose and xylose. Studies have shown that fucoidan sulfate has anticoagulant and procoagulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-virus, antibacterial, immunomodulatory, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, anti-complement and promote the growth of intestinal probiotics A variety of pharmacological activities. In this paper, the above activities of fucoidan sulfate were summarized, and the prospect of its application was reviewed, which provided a useful reference for its further development and utilization.
