介绍利用虚拟样机技术,将门座起重机臂架系统变幅机构主要部件象鼻梁作为柔性体,建立刚柔耦合系统,采用I-DEAS和ADAMS软件作为建模和分析工具,进行动力学计算与仿真,可以较好地模拟出变幅机构变幅轨迹。同时详述了在ADAMS中创建柔性体的方法。
This paper introduces the use of virtual prototyping technology to build the rigid-flexible coupling system, which is the main part of the luffing mechanism of portal crane jib system, using I-DEAS and ADAMS software as the modeling and analysis tools to carry out the dynamics calculation and simulation. Which can better simulate the luffing mechanism luffing trajectory. Also details how to create a flexible body in ADAMS.
