研究了热处理制度对 DD6单晶合金的 γ′相尺寸和数量的影响。结果表明 :固溶温度对 γ′相的尺寸和数量有影响 ,时效处理使 γ′相的尺寸和数量增加 ,立方化程度改善。与二次时效相比 ,一次时效对 γ′相的影响更大。
The effect of heat treatment on the γ ’phase size and number of DD6 single crystal alloy was studied. The results show that the solution temperature affects the size and amount of γ ’phase. The aging treatment increases the size and number of γ’ phase and improves the cubeness. Compared with the second aging, the first aging has a greater influence on the γ ’phase.
