在漂染车间,氯和二氧化氯气体往往同时存在。过去国内多用甲基橙比色法进行测定。在酸性溶液中,氯和二氧化氯都能置换出溴化钾中的溴,使甲基橙退色,二者互相干扰。我们研究用纳氏试剂比色法测定氯。此法是以氨基乙酸的水溶液作吸收液,吸收氯气(氨基乙酸对二氧化氯没有反应),因此,在氯和二氧化氯同时存在的情况下,用纳氏试剂比色法可以单独测定出氯气的准确浓度,方法简便、准确、可靠。
