我院１９９８年１月～１９９９年１２月共诊治结肠结核２８例，外院及本院初诊误诊２２例，现报告如下。１临床资料１．１一般资料本组２８例，男１５例，女１３例；年龄８～７７岁，平均３７岁。病程１０天～６年。１．２临床表现２８例中腹痛２２例，腹泻１７例，消瘦１８例
Our hospital from January 1998 to December 1999 were diagnosed with tuberculosis in 28 cases, outside the hospital and our hospital misdiagnosed 22 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 28 patients, 15 males and 13 females; aged 8 to 77 years, mean 37 years. Duration of 10 days to 6 years. 1.2 Clinical manifestations of 28 cases of abdominal pain in 22 cases, 17 cases of diarrhea, emaciation in 18 cases
