智慧城市惠民评价是提高公民满意度的重要措施.以智慧城市惠民评价为研究对象,从市民主观感受出发,结合经典指标的频度分析,建立了以定性指标为主的智慧城市惠民评价指标体系和基于灰关联分析和TOPSIS方法的区间2型模糊集评价模型,减少了定性指标定量化过程中的信息丢失;最后以河北四个智慧城市试点为研究对象进行实证研究,并提出改善智慧城市惠民满意度的几点建议:着重解决民生问题;充分利用互联网优势,实现信息化管理;加强政府政策支持力度等.
