目的分析52例儿童肱骨髁上骨折发生迟发性血管、神经损伤的原因。方法采用术中探查和临床治疗动态观察。结果儿童肱骨髁上骨折出现迟发性神经、血管损伤的伸直型46例(88.8%),屈曲型6例(11.2%);骨折移位Ⅱ型10例(19.2%),Ⅲ型42例(80.8%)。结论儿童肱骨髁上骨折迟发性血管、神经损伤发生率与骨折类型和骨折移位程度有关,骨折伸直型和骨折移位Ⅲ型发生率明显高。
Objective To analyze the causes of delayed vascular and nerve injury in supracondylar fracture of humerus in 52 children. Methods The intraoperative exploration and clinical observation of dynamic observation. Results Totally 46 patients (88.8%) had delayed nerve injury after the supracondylar fractures of the humerus, 6 (11.2%) flexed, 18 (19.2%) fracture-type Ⅱ and 42 (80.8%). Conclusions The incidence of delayed vascular and nerve injury in supracondylar fracture of humerus is related to the type of fracture and the degree of fracture dislocation. The incidence of type Ⅲ fractures in straight and fracture of fracture is obviously higher.
