胎儿宫内发育迟缓(intrauterine growth retardation,IUGR)为妊娠的常见并发症,是导致围生期胎儿发病和死亡的重要原因之一。本实验以仔鼠出生体重为诊断指标,建立烟酒复合因素所致实验动物IUGR模型。昆明种小鼠分为正常对照组与烟酒处理组。各组母鼠自然分娩后将每窝仔鼠随机调至8只,自然哺乳至35天处死。观察孕期母鼠体重改变,各组胎鼠出生体重及发育过程中体重变化、出生身长、尾长和脏器指数。通
Intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) is a common complication of pregnancy and is one of the important causes of fetal morbidity and mortality in perinatal period. In this study, the birth weight of offspring mice as a diagnostic indicator to establish a compound model of alcohol and tobacco caused by experimental animals IUGR model. Kunming mice were divided into normal control group and tobacco and alcohol treatment group. Each group of females spontaneous delivery after each litter randomly transferred to eight, naturally lactating to 35 days of sacrifice. Observed changes in body weight during pregnancy, birth weight and developmental weight of each group of fetuses, body length, tail length and organ index. through
