目的:了解我院抗菌药物应用情况以提高合理用药水平。方法以金额为依据,对我院2005年7月￣10月门诊处方中抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果各月总用药金额基本持平,抗菌药物使用平均金额占处方总金额的52.93%。其中使用量最多的三类抗菌素为头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素。抗菌药物输液组占抗菌药物应用的58.96%。抗菌药物联用率为19.43%。结论我院抗菌药物使用情况基本稳定。联合用药情况低于全国水平,基本合理。
Objective: To understand the use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital to improve the rational use of drugs. Methods Based on the amount, statistical analysis was conducted on the use of antibacterials in outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from July 2005 to October 2005. The results of the total amount of medication for each month was basically the same, the average amount of antibacterial drugs accounted for 52.93% of the total amount of prescriptions. Among the three types of antibiotics used most, cephalosporins, quinolones and penicillins are the most commonly used antibiotics. Antibacterial drug infusion group accounted for 58.96% of the application of antibacterial drugs. Antibacterial drug combination rate was 19.43%. Conclusion The usage of antibacterials in our hospital is basically stable. The combination of drugs below the national standard, basically reasonable.
