目的:分析门急诊药房患者退药原因及其相应对策,以减少退药现象,保障患者用药安全。方法:采用回顾性调查,抽取医院2017年第1季度678人次门急诊药房患者退药单,分析其退药原因并提出管理对策。结果:678人次门急诊患者退药主要与患者有关的(拒绝配药、医保与自费药品、退检查费和耗材费、医师输入错误以及绿色通道)五大方面原因,分别占退药人次的21.53%、16.22%、15.19%、14.90%和14.31%。结论:门急诊患者退药现象难以完全避免,但应不断加强医患、药患间的关系以及完善医院各项制度等入手,查找和分析其退药原因,从而有效避免或减少退药现象的出现。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the reasons for the withdrawal from patients in emergency department and its corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce the withdrawal phenomenon and ensure the safety of patients. Methods: A retrospective survey was conducted to draw out the withdrawal orders for 678 emergency outpatient pharmacies in the hospital in the first quarter of 2017, and to analyze the reasons for the withdrawal and the management countermeasures. Results: Among the 678 outpatient and emergency department patients, drug withdrawal was mainly related to patients (rejection of medicine, Medicare and self-pay drugs, refunding examination and consumables fees, physician input errors and green channel) accounted for 21.53% 16.22%, 15.19%, 14.90% and 14.31% respectively. Conclusions: It is difficult to completely avoid the withdrawal of patients in the emergency department. However, the relationship between doctors and patients should be continuously strengthened and various hospital systems should be perfected so as to find out and analyze the reason of withdrawal, so as to avoid or reduce the phenomenon of withdrawal appear.
