医院行风建设机制在构建和谐医患关系中的作用

目的:探讨医院行风建设机制在构建和谐医患关系中的作用,为建立和谐的医患关系提供依据。方法:2014年1月~2015年3月每季度一次,对门诊、住院患者进行满意度调查,比较实行行风建设机制前后的患者满意度优良率。结果:门诊患者和住院患者在实施行风建设机制后满意度均明显提高,与未实行行风建设机制相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施行风建设机制可有效提升医院患者满意度,促进了和谐医患关系的构建。 Objective: To explore the role of hospital business ethos in building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients so as to provide a basis for establishing a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Methods: From January 2014 to March 2015 every quarter, the satisfaction survey of outpatients and inpatients was conducted to compare the patients’ satisfaction rate before and after the implementation of ECM. Results: Outpatients and inpatients were significantly more satisfied with the implementation of ECM, which was statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with those without ECM. Conclusion: Implementing the mechanism of line building can effectively improve patient satisfaction and promote the construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
