作者进行本实验的目的是检测蚯蚓提取物的化学成分,为分离其有效组分提供依据.蚯蚓提取物是按该室方法从蚯蚓体内提取的混合物.化学成分分析选用分光光度仪、紫外分光光度仪、氨基酸分析仪和原子吸收光谱仪等.实验结果表明每百克提取物中各化学成分的含量(g):多肽蛋白质类物质为40.480,核黄素为0.012,维生素C为0.021,DNA为0.094,RNA为0.820,总还原糖为14.280,并有17种氨基酸和11种无机元素.
The purpose of this experiment by the author is to detect the chemical constituents of the wolfberry extract and provide basis for the separation of its effective components. Wolfberry extract is a mixture extracted from earthworms in accordance with the chamber method. Chemical composition analysis using spectrophotometer, UV spectrophotometer, amino acid analyzer and atomic absorption spectrometer. The experimental results show that the content of each chemical component (g) per 100 g of extract: polypeptide protein material is 40.480, riboflavin is 0.012, vitamin C is 0.021, DNA is 0.094, RNA is 0.820, the total reducing sugar is 14.280, and there are 17 kinds of amino acids and 11 kinds of inorganic elements.
