针对神光-Ⅲ激光装置建设项目面临众多不确定因素与工程质量管理控制节点繁多等困难,应用质量目标管理理论,提出将质量总目标分层分级,逐层分解为过程质量目标,通过控制过程质量目标最终实现项目质量总目标的方法。该方法有效应用于神光-Ⅲ项目管理实践中,进一步提高了项目的质量管理水平,提升了质量管理效率。同时,相关策略和方法对其他大科学工程项目质量管理也具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
In the light of the many uncertainties and the engineering quality management control nodes, Shenkang-Ⅲ laser equipment construction project is faced with many difficulties such as difficulty in control nodes. By applying the theory of quality target management, this paper proposes to divide the total quality objectives into different levels and step by step into process quality objectives. Quality Objectives The ultimate goal of project quality to achieve the ultimate goal. The method is effectively applied to the SG-III project management practice, further improving the project’s quality management level and enhancing the quality management efficiency. At the same time, the relevant strategies and methods also have some reference value and reference significance to the quality management of other major science projects.
