采用金相分析、扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析手段,研究了钙处理加硫的DIN18CrNiMo7-6齿轮钢中氧硫复合夹杂物的形貌、成分和热变形行为.结果表明:外围硫化物的钙抑制了氧硫复合夹杂物的变形,当外围硫化物的钙原子分数约为5.0%时抑制作用达到饱和;高熔点核心氧化物的面积分数增加,复合夹杂物的变形能力降低,而低熔点核心氧化物对复合夹杂物变形能力的影响不明显.
The morphology, composition and thermal deformation behavior of the oxy-sulfur composite inclusions in DIN18CrNiMo7-6 gear steel with calcium treatment were investigated by means of metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the Calcium suppresses the deformation of the oxy-sulfur composite inclusions, and reaches saturation when the calcium content of the peripheral sulfides is about 5.0%; the area fraction of the high-melting core oxides increases and the deformation ability of the composite inclusions decreases while the low melting point The effect of core oxide on the deformation ability of composite inclusions is not obvious.
