土地持续利用是持续发展的重要保证 ,土地利用的持续性是适宜性在时间上的扩展。本文在探讨区域土地适宜性研究方法的基础上 ,运用人工神经元网络模型 ,在地理信息系统支持下 ,以地块为评价单元 ,实现了武汉市狮子山区 1 982、1 994、1 998年间三个时段的土地适宜性评价 ,进一步分析研究其具体变化情况和蔬菜地、果园地适宜状况。研究结果表明 :(1 )二、三等宜菜地占狮子山区总面积的 80 %以上 :1 982~ 1 998年间二等宜菜地总的增加了 2 9 1 2hm2 ;三等宜菜地减少了 6 2 5 2hm2 。 (2 ) 1 982~ 1 994、1 994~ 1 998年间果园适宜地的各级间面积变幅很大 ,一等宜果地连续减少了 2 4 6 78hm2 ,下降五十几个百分点 ,二等宜果地连续增加了 1 3 7 3 1hm2 ,并出现了 46 42hm2 的三等宜果地。
The sustainable use of land is an important guarantee for sustainable development. The sustainability of land use is a time extension of suitability. Based on the study of the method of regional suitability of land, this paper uses artificial neural network model and plots as evaluation unit with the support of GIS, A period of land suitability assessment, further analysis of its specific changes and vegetables, orchard suitable conditions. The results showed that: (1) The second and third class yards should account for more than 80% of the total area of the mountainous area; the total area of second class yards increased by 1912hm2 from 1982 to 1998; 6 2 5 2hm2. (2) The area of suitable orchards varied greatly from 1998 to 1994, from 1994 to 1998. The first-class fruit decreased by 24.678hm2 continuously, down by 50%, and the second-class An increase of 1 3 7 3 1hm 2 in succession and an increase of 46 42 hm 2 in third class should be observed.
