1 病例介绍患者,男,69岁.因右颈部、耳部皮肤簇状水疱伴疼痛5天,全身散在丘疱疹、水疱伴瘙痒2天就诊.患者5天前感右颈部、耳部刺痛,并于右颈部、下颌、耳部、耳周出现密集簇状丘疱疹、水疱,来笔者所在医院就诊.诊断为"带状疱疹",予盐酸伐昔洛韦片300 mg,口服,2次/d,维生素B1片10 mg, 3次/d,口服,炉甘石洗剂外涂.2 d前于躯干、四肢、会阴部出现散在丘疱疹、水疱伴瘙痒、畏寒,再次来本院复诊.患者既往体健,否认有水痘、带状疱疹病史.家族中无类似疾病史.体检:体温36.2 ℃.右下颌可及一花生米大小淋巴结,有压痛.系统检查未见异常.
