目的建立参花胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,检测波长为316nm,以乙腈-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为流动相(30∶70),流速为1.0ml/min。结果阿魏酸在0.02266~0.36256mg剂量范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率=99.05%,RSD=3.42%(n=5),精密度试验的RSD=0.24%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于参花胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Shenhua capsules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used. The detection wavelength was 316nm, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-dihydrogen phosphate buffer (30∶70). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results The ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.02266~0.36256mg (r=0.9999, n=5), the average recovery was 99.05%, RSD was 3.42% (n=5), RSD of precision test was 0.24% (n=5). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Shenhua Capsule.
