企业管理培训的唯一目的在于发展与改善组织的绩效,为企业创造更多的价值。但实践证明大多数培训所获得的知识与技能不能在实际工作中运用,原因在于培训的内容和企业的实际结合不够紧密,或是培训师本身水平和授课的特点造成,或是企业被训人员对于课程的内容的转化度不高,或是自身企业员工的执行力不够,很难把技能和相关的知识进行转化和付诸实施。
