本文通过对农网结构配置比例优化的探讨，旨在寻找一种通用的分析判别电网结构优劣的方法；并推导出了一组优化农网结构的计算公式，使农网结构优化探讨由定性分析转入定量分析，并正面回答了三个实际问题：（１）元氏县农网结构是否合理？判别的依据是什么？（２）元氏县农网结构配置有无问题？主要问题是什么？（３）解决问题的对策和措施是什么？选哪里作突破口？
This paper discusses the optimization of the proportion of the rural network structure configuration, aims to find a general method for analysis of the merits of the grid structure, and deduces a set of calculation formulas to optimize the rural network structure, so that the optimization of the rural network structure is discussed qualitatively. The analysis was transferred to quantitative analysis, and three practical questions were answered positively: (1) Whether the network structure of Yuanshi County is reasonable? What is the basis for the discrimination? (2) Whether there is any problem with the structure of the rural network in Yuanshi County? What is the main problem? (3) What are the countermeasures and measures to solve the problem? Where to choose as a breakthrough?
