目的了解消防官兵工作倦怠现状,为制定预防消防官兵工作倦怠策略提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取新疆维吾尔自治区公安消防总队所有正在服役的消防官兵共2 112名作为调查对象,进行工作倦怠问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 1消防官兵情感耗竭、人格解体和成就感降低的检出率分别是12.38%,26.74%和43.94%。零度、轻度、中度和重度工作倦怠的检出率分别是40.00%、40.26%、16.48%和3.26%。2对不同组别调查对象的情感耗竭、人格解体、成就感降低和工作倦怠得分进行分析,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1消防官兵轻度、中度倦怠人数较多,应尽早进行健康教育,预防工作倦怠情况加重。2工作倦怠情况较为严重的是低教育程度、低收入、低军衔、军龄小和工作性质为灭火的消防官兵。
Objective To understand the status quo of job burnout of fire officers and soldiers and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the strategy of preventing job burnout of fire officers and soldiers. Methods A total of 2 112 fire officers and soldiers, who were serving in the Public Security Fire Brigade in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, were sampled by cluster sampling method. Questionnaires of job burnout were conducted and the results of the survey were statistically analyzed. Results 1 Fire officers and soldiers of emotional exhaustion, personality disintegration and decreased the sense of achievement were 12.38%, 26.74% and 43.94%. The detection rates of zero, mild, moderate and severe burnout were 40.00%, 40.26%, 16.48% and 3.26% respectively. (2) The emotion exhaustion, personality disintegration, sense of achievement reduction and job burnout scores of different groups were analyzed, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 1 fire officers and men of mild, moderate burnout more people should be as early as possible health education, prevention of job burnout worsened. 2 The more serious job burnout is a low level of education, low income, low rank, small army and work nature of the fire fighting officers and men.
