用7种不同浓度的吡喹酮对阴道毛滴虫作体外杀虫试验。结果表明该药浓度在1~2mg/ml 时,滴虫培养0.5~5小时,100%虫体死亡;浓度在0.05~0.5mg/ml 时,均有一定程度的杀虫作用;在2.5mg/ml 时,因受 PEG-400(聚乙二醇)影响,不能准确地确定该浓度吡喹酮的杀虫作用。本文首次证明吡喹酮在体外有直接杀灭阴道毛滴虫的作用,值得临床试用。
In vitro insecticidal tests against Trichomonas vaginalis using 7 different concentrations of praziquantel. The results showed that when the drug concentration was between 1 and 2 mg/ml, trichomoniasis was cultured for 0.5 to 5 hours and 100% of the worms died. At a concentration of 0.05 to 0.5 mg/ml, they all had a certain degree of insecticidal effect; at 2.5 mg/ml In the case of ml, the concentration of praziquantel cannot be accurately determined due to the influence of PEG-400 (polyethylene glycol). This article demonstrates for the first time that praziquantel directly kills Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro and is worthy of clinical trials.
