以纤维素醚改性水泥浆体的表观粘度、塑性粘度、剪切应力和屈服应力为主要评价指标,研究温度对纤维素醚改性水泥浆体流变性能的影响。研究结果表明:在同一温度下,随剪切速率的增加,改性水泥浆体的表观粘度、剪切应力均不断增大,屈服应力呈现先增大再减小的趋势;在同一剪切速率下,随着温度的升高,纤维素醚改性水泥浆体的剪切应力不断减小;在相同纤维素醚掺量下,随着温度的升高,水泥浆体的屈服应力、塑性粘度增大。
The effects of temperature on the rheological properties of cellulose paste modified cement pastes were studied with the apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity, shear stress and yield stress of cellulose ether modified cement paste as the main evaluation indexes. The results show that at the same temperature, with the increase of shear rate, the apparent viscosity and shear stress of the modified cement paste are increasing, and the yield stress first increases and then decreases; in the same shear With the increase of temperature, the shear stress of cellulose ether modified cement paste decreased continuously. With the increase of temperature, the yield stress of cement paste, plasticity Viscosity increases.
