中国邮政发展电子商务有自己的潜在优势。中国邮政不仅在广大客户中享有很高信誉,同时,电子商务活动中的信息流、物流和资金流三大要素,中国邮政均有相应的网络予以支撑。为了进一步丰富和拓宽邮政的物品运送、信息传递、资金流通三项基本功能。国家邮政局根据我国邮政的发展需要结合中国邮政的特点,适时提出了抓住机遇,面对挑战,加快发展电子邮政的决策。
China Post has its own potential advantages in developing e-commerce. China Post possesses not only high prestige among its customers but also the three elements of information flow, logistics and capital flow in e-commerce activities. Both of them have corresponding networks to support them. In order to further enrich and broaden the postal delivery of goods, information transfer, capital flow of the three basic functions. According to the needs of the development of China’s postal services and the characteristics of China’s postal services, the State Post Bureau timely put forward the policy of seizing opportunities, facing challenges and accelerating the development of e-post.
