为了分析压力容器所采用的复合钢板卷制时的结合面强度,避免复合钢板卷制过程中结合面发生破坏。根据塑性力学基本原理的下限法则分析了复合钢板卷弯时结合面的应力水平。并以某项目复合钢板卷弯为例,估算了结合面上出现的塑性应力下限值。提出一种简单易行的压力容器用复合钢板卷弯强度下限值的估算方法。
In order to analyze the strength of the joint surface when the composite steel plate used in the pressure vessel is rolled, the joint surface of the composite steel plate during the rolling process is avoided to be damaged. According to the law of lower limit of the basic principle of plasticity mechanics, the stress level of the joint surface when the composite steel plate is curled is analyzed. Taking the curling of a composite steel plate as an example, the lower limit of plastic stress appearing on the joint surface was estimated. A simple method for estimating the lower limit of bending strength of composite steel plate for pressure vessel is proposed.
