利用最小二乘法推导出了在光学三维轮廓术测量中，非等间距相移量时调制度计算的普遍表达式，由此可大大降低因相移不准而对调制度计算带来的误差。
The least square method is used to derive the general expression for the modulation calculation of non-equidistant phase shift in optical 3D profilometry, which can greatly reduce the error caused by the misalignment of phase modulation.
