鲁山县1997~2001年水土保持二期工程综合治理开发实施项目,在治理开发过程中,以小流域为单元,按照因地制宜,因害设防,沟坡兼治,排蓄结合,先上游,后中下游,先坡面,后沟道,先整地,后造林的基本原则,采取工程措施与植物措施相结合的方法,在项目区进行了大规模的综合治理开发,项目实施后从坡面到沟道,从上游到下游已基本形成了一个完整的水土保持防护体系。通过对项目区水土保持综合治理与减沙效益进行分析,说明在基岩山地采取水土保持综合防护体系减沙效益十分显著。
