针对HFVB2445型高频筛,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行模态分析,得到了6阶刚体模态和前4阶弹性模态的仿真频率和振型,并采用锤击法对其实体产品进行测量,得到了筛箱的试验模态频率和振型;将仿真模态与试验模态进行了逐一对比,验证了仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,确定了该高频筛的模态频率及振型特点,找到了筛箱的薄弱部位,为振动筛的动态特性优化设计提供了参考。
For HFVB2445 high-frequency screen, the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to perform modal analysis. The simulation frequencies and modes of the 6th order rigid modal and the first 4 order elastic modal were obtained. The test modal frequency and vibration mode of the sieve box were obtained. The simulation modal was compared with the test modalities one by one to verify that the simulation results and the test results are basically the same, and the modal frequency And vibration characteristics of the sieve box to find the weak parts of the dynamic characteristics of shale shaker to provide a reference for the optimal design.
