目的研究地桃花(Urena lobata L.)中的黄酮苷类成分。方法利用大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱结合半制备液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质及MS、NMR等光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从地桃花乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到10个黄酮苷类化合物:槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、山柰酚-4’-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。结论化合物1~3,6~10为首次从地桃花中分离得到。
Objective To study flavonoid glycosides in Urena lobata L. Methods The macroreticular resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other column chromatography combined with semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and MS, NMR and other spectral data. Results Ten flavonoid glycosides were isolated from n-butanol extract of peach ethanol extract: quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-pyran (1), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (2), quercetin -3-O-β-D-furanosyl- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranosyl- , Kaempferol-4’-O-β-D-furacalose-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4) -3-O-β-D-furanosucrose- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5) O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (6), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranos- (1 → 2) -β -D-glucopyranoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranos- (1 → 2) -β -D-glucopyranoside (8), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 2) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- -β-D-glucopyranoside (9) and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucose- (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranoside (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 3 and 6 ~ 10 were isolated from Peach Blossom for the first time.
