在江西省赣州市杉木种子园进行杉木嫁接种子园快速成园关键技术试验。结果表明:嫁接口直径2.6~4.0 cm的砧木为最佳嫁接用砧木;采用大穴整地、施足基肥、用表土返穴、选用1年生杉木良种特级苗于1月上旬定植等技术,可以在1a内把砧木培育到最佳嫁接用规格;接穗斜切面上端高出砧木横切面1.0~1.5 mm的砧穗快速融为一体、高正冠率的嫁接新技术;嫁接后40 d松绑(解绑后再自下而上重新绑扎1次)、75~85 d解绑为最适宜松解绑时间。应用本项技术实现了2a快速成园,5 a开始进入正常结实期的目标,达到了快速成园的效果。
