苏州物资贸易中心(以下简称物贸中心)自1985年9月正式开业以来,逐步摸索出一条以“开放、服务”为特点的发展道路。“开放”,就是面向全国,面向各行各业和各种客户。他们已同全国除西藏、台湾以外的所有省、市、自治区建立了贸易关系,数千个企业来物贸中心参加了各种类型的交易会;还有全民、集体和个体联合体性质的59个单位进驻物贸中心,建立营业部或开设“窗口”。“服务”,就是坚持“服务第一”的方针,为物资交易提供比较完善的服务。目前,物贸中心内部既有信息栏、展销厅、洽谈室、闭路电视和国内直通载波电话,
Since its official opening in September 1985, the Suzhou Material & Trade Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Materials and Trade Center”) has gradually explored a development path characterized by “openness and service”. “Opening” means facing the whole country, facing all walks of life and various customers. They have established trade relations with all provinces, cities, and autonomous regions except Tibet and Taiwan. Thousands of companies have come to various trade fairs to participate in various kinds of trade fairs; there are also national, collective, and individual associations. Each unit enters a trade center and establishes a sales department or opens a “window.” “Service” means adhering to the principle of “service first” and providing relatively complete services for material transactions. At present, there are information columns, exhibition halls, negotiation rooms, closed-circuit televisions and domestic direct carrier telephones within the Trade and Industry Center.
