当前我国公共部门的绩效管理正处于逐步完善的阶段,在这种情况下,绩效文化发挥着重要的作用。本文主要针对绩效文化在绩效管理中对其人员队伍和在绩效管理各环节中的作用进行阐述。
At present, the performance management of the public sector in our country is in a stage of gradual improvement. Under such circumstances, the performance culture plays an important role. This paper mainly focuses on performance culture in the performance management of its personnel and performance management in all aspects of the role of elaboration.
