针对大坝设计及其安全问题,对穿过坝基的活断层或潜在活断层引起的运动和坝址附近断层带发生强震引起坝基中块体的运动进行了探讨。得出如下结论:在大坝设计和大坝安全评估中不能忽视坝基地表断层破裂或块体位移的可能性,土石坝具有抗差异地面位移和强地震动的特点。
In view of the dam design and its safety issues, the motion of the active faults or potential active faults crossing the dam foundation and the strong earthquakes in the fault zone near the dam site are discussed. The following conclusions can be drawn: The possibility of fault rupture or block displacement at dam foundation surface can not be ignored in dam design and dam safety assessment. Earth-rock dam has the characteristics of resistance to differential ground motion and strong ground motion.
