以聚醚胺(PN-220)和马来酸酐为原料,采用两步法合成酰胺型聚羧酸减水剂。当酰化时马来酸酐和聚醚胺的反应温度95℃,酸醚比(摩尔比)为6.5,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量(占单体总质量)0.2%,酰化率可以达到98%。对合成的减水剂进行性能表征,与市售普通酯型和醚型聚羧酸减水剂产品相比,该减水剂分子质量分布更窄,水泥吸附量更大;混凝土应用性能表明,其和前二代减水剂相比具有更好的分散性和增强效果。
Polyamide (PN-220) and maleic anhydride were used as raw materials to synthesize amide polycarboxylate water reducer by two-step method. When acylation, the reaction temperature of maleic anhydride and polyetheramine is 95 ℃, the molar ratio of ether to ether is 6.5, the reaction time is 3 h, the amount of catalyst (accounting for the total mass of monomers) is 0.2% and the acylation rate can reach 98 %. The performance of the synthesized superplasticizer was characterized. Compared with the common ester and ether polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the molecular weight distribution of the superplasticizer was narrower and the amount of cement adsorbed was larger. The application performance of concrete showed that, Compared with the previous two superplasticizer, it has better dispersibility and enhancement effect.
