用分泌犬细小病毒单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞,腹腔注射雄性BALB/c与雌性ICR杂交子一代小鼠和BALB/c小鼠制备单克隆抗体。结果表明,该F1代杂交鼠腹水产量较BALB/c鼠高,但抗体效价不及BALB/c鼠。从每只小鼠生产的腹水总效价看,两种鼠所产抗体的效价相近。实验发现,用新产仔母鼠作为荷瘤鼠,其腹水产量和抗体效价均明显高于普通雌鼠。同时发现小鼠预处理后17d注射杂交瘤细胞,并控制细胞数在1.5×105较为理想,可避免过早形成实体瘤。
Monoclonal antibodies were prepared by intraperitoneal inoculation of hybridoma cells secreting canine parvovirus monoclonal antibodies in male BALB / c and female ICR hybrid generation mice and BALB / c mice. The results showed that the F1 generation hybrid mice ascites production than BALB / c mice, but the antibody titer less than BALB / c mice. From the total titers of ascites produced in each mouse, the titers of antibodies produced by the two mice were similar. The experiment found that with newborn litter rats as tumor-bearing mice, the ascites production and antibody titer were significantly higher than normal females. At the same time, it was found that injecting hybridoma cells 17d after preconditioning and controlling the number of cells at 1.5x105 are ideal, which can prevent the formation of solid tumors prematurely.
