为研究NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷系统的热力性能,寻求最佳的运行参数,建立了NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷循环数学模型,并对系统的运行参数进行了理论计算。基于计算数据,对低温端蒸发温度、冷凝蒸发器内传热温差、低温端冷凝温度及高低端质量流量与COP的相关性进行了分析,讨论了这些参数对COP的影响。研究结果表明:低温端蒸发温度、冷凝蒸发器内传热温差及高低端质量流量与COP存在显著相关性。
In order to study the thermal performance of NH_3 / CO_2 cascade refrigeration system and find out the best operating parameters, a mathematical model of NH_3 / CO_2 cascade refrigeration cycle was established and the operating parameters of the system were calculated theoretically. Based on the calculated data, the correlation between the low temperature evaporation temperature, the heat transfer temperature difference in the condensing evaporator, the low temperature condensation temperature and the high and low mass flow rate and the COP were analyzed, and the influence of these parameters on the COP was discussed. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the temperature at the low temperature end, the heat transfer temperature difference in the evaporator and COP at the high and low end.
