本文结合为某厂新设计的1260m~3高炉的设计实践,概述了在高炉炉体设计中所采取的一些主要技术措施.改进炉体冷却结构形式和冷却件本体;采用软水密闭循环冷却系统;炉身下部选用新型耐火材料;加强炉体监测控制等.实现这些技术,可望高炉一代炉龄在无中修情况下达到8年左右.
In this paper, the design practice of 1260m ~ 3 blast furnace newly designed by a factory is summarized, and some main technical measures taken in blast furnace body design are summarized, the cooling body structure and body of cooling body are improved, the soft water closed circulation cooling system is adopted, The lower part of the shaft is made of new type of refractory material, and the monitoring and control of the furnace body is strengthened, etc. Achieving these technologies is expected to reach about 8 years under the condition of no repair in the blast furnace.
