进入知识经济时代,知识型员工作为知识的载体,已经成为企业的核心资源,形成了企业的核心竞争力。如何有的效激励知识型员工,开始广泛受到学术界和实务界的关注。本文把知识员工自身的特点作为切入点,分析了知识型员工的激励机制现状,以及他们独特的精神需求,提出了具有针对性的精神激励对策。
Into the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers as a carrier of knowledge, has become the core resources of enterprises, forming the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to effectively motivate knowledge workers began to attract the attention of academics and practitioners. In this paper, the characteristics of knowledge workers as a starting point to analyze the status of knowledge workers incentive mechanism, as well as their unique spiritual needs, put forward a targeted spiritual incentive measures.
