报告31例Ⅳ、Ⅴ级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）的治疗。瘤颈结扎术2例．瘤颈夹闭术21例，动脉瘤包裹术4例，夹闭＋包裹术2例，单纯血肿清除术2例。治疗结果：恢复良好6例（19．3％），轻残4例（12．9％）．重残3例（9．7％），死亡18例（58．1％）。
Report of 31 cases of Ⅳ, Ⅴ aortic aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) treatment. Neck tumor ligation in 2 cases. Neck aneurysm in 21 cases, aneurysm in 4 cases, clamp + wrap in 2 cases, simple hematoma in 2 cases. Treatment outcome: 6 cases (19.3%) recovered well and 4 cases (12.9%) had mild disability. Three cases were severe disability (9.7%) and 18 cases died (58.1%).
