目的探讨不同超声频率对高分子微泡新西兰大白兔肾脏超声造影相关参数的影响。方法选择新西兰大白兔10只,雌雄各半,兔龄3.5~4.5个月,体质量2.3~2.6 kg。制备高分子微泡超声造影剂,静脉团注后,采用不同超声频率3.0、5.5、8.0 MHz记录兔肾脏超声造影的始增时间(AT)、达峰时间(TP)、平均渡越时间(MTT)、峰值强度(PI)、曲率(SLP)、曲线下面积(AUC)等参数,比较其变化情况。结果随着超声频率减低,兔肾超声造影的PI、AUC、SLP均明显升高,3.0 MHz组尤为显著,其PI、AUC、SLP分别达(14.2±2.0)10E-5 AU、(344.2±100.5)10E-5 AU·s、(4.6±1.5)10E-5 AU/s,而TP为(3.1±0.6)s,明显低于8.0 MHz组的(15.4±0.8)s。结论高分子微泡超声造影时间-强度曲线参数随超声频率改变发生规律性变化,这主要与微泡谐振有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of different ultrasound frequencies on the renal contrast echocardiographic parameters in New Zealand white rabbits. Methods Ten New Zealand white rabbits were selected. The male and female rabbits were 3.5 to 4.5 months old with body weight of 2.3 to 2.6 kg. Preparation of polymer microbubbles ultrasonic contrast agent, intravenous bolus injection, the use of different ultrasound frequencies 3.0,5.5,8.0 MHz recording of rabbit renal ultrasound contrast time (AT), peak time (TP), mean transit time (MTT ), Peak intensity (PI), curvature (SLP), area under the curve (AUC) and other parameters were compared. Results With the decrease of ultrasound frequency, the PI, AUC and SLP of rabbit renal ultrasonography were significantly increased, especially in the 3.0 MHz group. The PI, AUC and SLP were (14.2 ± 2.0) 10E-5 AU, (344.2 ± 100.5) ) Was 10E-5 AU · s, (4.6 ± 1.5) 10E-5 AU / s and TP was (3.1 ± 0.6) s, significantly lower than that of the 8.0 MHz group (15.4 ± 0.8) s. Conclusion The time-intensity curve parameters of ultrasound microbubble contrast-enhanced ultrasound changes regularly with the change of ultrasound frequency, which is mainly related to the microbubble resonance.
