建立了一种氟啶胺在大白菜植株及其种植土壤的残留检测方法。样品用乙腈提取,二氯甲烷萃取后,过中性氧化铝层析柱净化,然后采用外标法进行液相色谱分析。结果表明:添加量为0.02~1.00 mg/kg时,大白菜和土壤中的氟啶胺平均回收率分别为82.1%~94.1%和93.4%~101.0%,相对标准偏差分别为4.7%~9.4%和2.9%~3.6%,最小检出量为4.0×10-10g,最低检出浓度为0.02 mg/kg。
A method for the determination of fluazinam residues in Chinese cabbage plants and their growing soil was established. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, extracted with methylene chloride, purified by neutral alumina chromatography, and then subjected to liquid chromatography using an external standard method. The results showed that the average recoveries of fluazinam in Chinese cabbage and soil were 82.1% ~ 94.1% and 93.4% ~ 101.0%, respectively, while the relative standard deviations were 4.7% ~ 9.4% at 0.02 ~ 1.00 mg / kg, And 2.9% ~ 3.6%, the minimum detectable amount of 4.0 × 10-10g, the minimum detectable concentration of 0.02 mg / kg.
