目的 探讨螺旋CT三维成像在髋臼骨折中的应用。方法 回顾性分析我院收治经X线、螺旋CT横断及三维重建技术证实的髋臼骨折 2 3例。三维重建以横断面螺旋扫描图为基础 ,层厚 2~ 3mm ,螺距 3 ,重建层厚 1.5~ 2mm。结果 所有病例螺旋CT横断面和三维重建像均明确地显示了骨折 ,CT横断图像可以显示髋臼负重顶的骨折及移位 ,髋臼后壁骨折受累面积及关节移位。三维重建像立体呈现骨折线走行方向、碎片及股骨头移位情况。结论 螺旋CT的横断和三维重建技术能为临床医师选择治疗方案和手术计划提供更有价值的信息
Objective To investigate the application of spiral CT three-dimensional imaging in acetabular fractures. Methods The retrospective analysis of our hospital admitted 23 cases of acetabular fractures confirmed by X-ray, spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction. Three-dimensional reconstruction of the cross-sectional spiral scan based on the thickness of 2 ~ 3mm, pitch 3, reconstruction thickness 1.5 ~ 2mm. Results All cases of spiral CT and 3D reconstruction showed the fracture clearly. The CT images showed the fracture and displacement of the top of the acetabulum, the affected area of the posterior wall of the acetabulum and the joint displacement. Three-dimensional reconstruction like three-dimensional fracture line showing the direction of movement, debris and femoral head shift situation. Conclusion Transcranial CT and three-dimensional reconstruction can provide more valuable information for clinicians to choose the treatment plan and surgical plan
