目的:本实验用流式细胞术等方法,观察复方中药溶癌I号、溶癌II号对Hela和SK两种肿瘤细胞株的增殖抑制作用。方法:先用MTT法观察药物对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用,初步筛选药物作用的最佳浓度与时间,再用流式细胞仪分析细胞周期的变化,并观察药物对肿瘤细胞克隆形成率的影响。结果:两种复方中药均使肿瘤细胞的增殖受到抑制,使两种肿瘤细胞的克隆形成率均有下降,但细胞凋亡现象不明显。结论:说明复方中药溶癌I号、溶癌II号在体外对两种人癌细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用,有助于临床对恶性肿瘤的治疗。
Objective: In this experiment, flow cytometry and other methods to observe the compound Chinese medicine dissolve I, dissolve II to Hela and SK two kinds of tumor cell proliferation inhibitory effect. Methods: The inhibitory effect of drugs on the proliferation of tumor cells was observed by MTT method. The optimal concentration and time of drugs were initially screened. Then the changes of cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometry. The effects of drugs on the rate of tumor cell clone formation were observed . Results: The two kinds of compound Chinese medicine all inhibited the proliferation of tumor cells, and the clonogenic rates of both tumor cells decreased, but the phenomenon of apoptosis was not obvious. Conclusion: It is indicated that compound Chinese herbal medicine I-I and I-II can inhibit the proliferation of two kinds of human cancer cells in vitro, which is helpful to the clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
