目的介绍医用电子直线加速器的相关法规和标准以及质量保证(QA)的主要内容及检测方法,使加速器的应用质量保证工作有章可循,从而提高放射治疗的准确性和精度。方法从国家文件中整理出医用电子直线加速器所执行的相关标准;并从医用电子直线加速器机械等中心,多叶准直器,射线和激光灯的对中校准,X射线与电子线剂量学特性,剂量刻度,楔形板及治疗附件,电子射野影像系统以及辐射防护与安全连锁等方面分析确认QA的主要内容和检测方法。结果得出了医用电子直线加速器应符合相关的标准以及QA主要内容及检测方法。结论作为医用电子直线加速器的相关标准和QA主要内容及检测方法,对各级放射治疗单位医用电子直线加速器QA体系的建立具有现实指导作用。
Objective To introduce the relevant regulations and standards of medical linear accelerator and the main content and testing methods of quality assurance (QA), so as to make the application of QA to ensure the accuracy and precision of radiation therapy. Methods From the national documents to sort out the relevant standards of medical linear accelerator; and from the medical linear accelerator mechanical center, multi-leaf collimator, ray and laser calibration, X-ray and electron beam dosimetry , Dose scale, wedge plate and treatment attachment, electronic field imaging system and radiation protection and safety chain analysis and other aspects to confirm the main content of QA and detection methods. The results obtained medical linear accelerator should be consistent with the relevant standards and QA main content and testing methods. Conclusion As the relevant standard of medical electron linear accelerator and the main content of QA and detection method, it has practical guidance to the establishment of QA system of medical electron linac at all levels of radiotherapy units.
