指出东风4、7型机车车轴的疲劳裂纹集中发生在齿轮镶入部的喇叭口处 ,距轴端面 630~680mm ,并分析了疲劳裂纹产生的原因。提出对带裂纹的车轴在退轴后进行旋削处理 ,可在车轴镶入部尺寸限度允许的情况下继续使用 ,这样既能保证行车的安全 ,又延长了车轴的使用寿命
It is pointed out that the fatigue cracks of the axles of Dongfeng 4 and 7 locomotives occur at the bell mouth of the gear inlaid part at a distance of 630-680mm from the shaft end face and the cause of the fatigue crack is analyzed. The cracked axles are proposed to be machined after the withdrawal of the axles, which can be used continuously with the allowance of the size of the axle inserts, so as to ensure the safety of driving and prolong the service life of the axles
