今天我来这里参加即兴演讲比赛,感到非常高兴,因为就在今天我接到一个喜报,我的一个学生参加南京市中学生影评大赛荣获二等奖。高兴之余,我不禁想到语文教学中的“甘”与“苦”这个问题。作为教师,看到自己的辛勤劳动有了收获,自己的学生有所成就,仿佛一切的辛苦都化为甘甜,剩下的就只有乐了.谈到语文教学中的苦,同行们可能牢骚满腹,什么工作量大;备课任务重;作业批改繁杂,特别是批改作文,尤其费心费神;学生不重视语文学习,上课不够专心,给语文教学带来极大困难,等等。所有这些确实存在,但对我来说都不算最辛苦.初为人师还不到一年,我觉得语文教学最辛苦的是备
Today I came here to participate in the impromptu speech contest. I am very happy because I received a good news today. One of my students participated in the Nanjing High School Student Film Critics Competition and won the second prize. As teachers, seeing that their hard work has been rewarded, and their students have achieved something, it seems that all hard work has become sweet, and the rest is only fun. Talking about the pain in language teaching, peers may be full of complaints What workload is heavy; the preparation of tasks is heavy; the operation is complicated and corrective, especially the correction of writing, and it is particularly troublesome; students do not pay attention to language learning, do not concentrate enough on class, bring great difficulties to language teaching, and so on. All of these really exist, but for me it’s not all the hardest. I haven’t been a teacher for a year at the beginning. I think the hardest part of language teaching is preparation.
