本文通过对华西医院近十年设备物资管理的经验进行总结,证明从组织构架变革、服务资源的整合、学科发展为中心的设备论证、设备物资规模化,系列化的引进、设备采购和维修保养的有机结合,跨学科医学中心的设备管理模式的建立等一系列管理措施,保障了医院现代化建设的高速发展,既保证设备物资的安全性、有效性,又达到了医院的节约化经营。
This article summarizes the experience of equipment and materials management in West China Hospital in recent ten years, and proves that from the organizational structure reform, the integration of service resources, the discipline development as the center of equipment demonstration, the scale of equipment and materials, the introduction of series, equipment procurement and maintenance And a series of management measures such as establishment of equipment management mode in interdisciplinary medicine center to ensure the rapid development of hospital modernization, which not only ensures the safety and effectiveness of equipment and materials, but also achieves the hospital’s saving operation.
