近年来众多外语类院校也加入到涉外型经管类人才培养的行列中,但由于其经管专业基础薄弱、人才培养经验缺乏,产生了一系列的结构性弊端。通过对照欧美等国际化人才培养的经验,构建外语类院校涉外型人才培养的新模式。要围绕“涉外型+复合型”的人才培养目标,推进课程体系的设置改革;营造有利于学生创新精神和能力培养的机制和环境;理论教育与涉外实践相结合,构建三位一体的实践训练体系;以及要建立涉外型经管类专业人才培养有力的配套保障体系。
In recent years, many foreign language institutions have also joined the ranks of foreign-related management personnel training. However, due to their weak management expertise and lack of personnel training experience, they have produced a series of structural drawbacks. By contrasting the experience of internationalized personnel training in Europe and the United States, a new model of foreign-related personnel training in foreign-language colleges and universities is established. To focus on the “foreign-related + complex” personnel training objectives, to promote the reform of the curriculum system; to create conducive to students innovative spirit and ability to train the mechanism and environment; theoretical education and foreign practice combined to build a trinity of practice training System; and to establish a foreign-related management professionals training strong supporting security system.
