1.春季萌芽前注射钙、硼等元素及喷高浓度GA_3(300×10~(-6)),能有效地促进树体前期的营养生长和器官建造,并延缓秋季叶片衰老。 2.断根复壮及秋季疏除大枝能有效地延缓叶片早期脱落。 3.秋季树体喷低浓度(50～100×10~(-6))的GA_3,可提高叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和叶片的叶绿素含量,从而延缓叶片衰老。
1. Before spring germination, elements such as calcium, boron and high spraying GA 3 (300 × 10 -6) could effectively promote the vegetative growth and organ construction of early tree and delay the senescence of autumn leaves. 2. Rejuvenation and thinning in autumn can effectively delay the early leaves off. In autumn, spraying GA_3 with low concentration (50 ~ 100 × 10 ~ (-6)) increased leaf SOD activity and leaf chlorophyll content, thus delayed leaf senescence.
