民国中小学校长的任职标准包括法定资格和行为标准两个方面。法定资格主要从法规层面规定校长任职的必需条件,是中小学校长任职的准入制度;行为标准则是从校长的日常管理行为所必需的知能、德性和态度等方面衍生的系列准则,是中小学校长任职的社会要求。民国时期中小学校长的任职标准对于我国当下中小学校长任职标准的制订与实施具有重要的借鉴意义。
The principals of primary and secondary schools in the Republic of China include two aspects of legal qualification and standards of conduct. The statutory qualifications mainly stipulate the necessary conditions for the appointment of principals from the statutory level and are the admittance system for the principals of primary and secondary schools. The standards of conduct are the series of criteria derived from the knowledge, virtue and attitude necessary for the principals’ daily management behavior. Social Requirements for Principal Presidency. The working standard of primary and secondary school principals during the Republic of China has important reference significance for the formulation and implementation of the standards of primary and secondary school principals in our country.
